Section 26(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)If the landlord has any right to the trees naturally growing on the land held by his tenant, the tenant shall during the continuance of his tenancy be entitled to two-thirds of the total produce of such trees, the landlord being entitled to one-third of the produce of such trees.
