Defect No 1 may be ignored because of the statement made in paragraph-11 of the Memo of Appeal.

So far as defects No 4 and 5 are concerned, one week's time, as prayed for, is allowed to remove the same failing which the Memo of Appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

So far as defects No 2 and 3 are concerned, the documents having been filed may be accepted.
