Section 130(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)An application for a search or for a copy of any entry contained in a book which has been transferred to the office of a District Registrar may be made to such District Registrar either direct or through the Sub-Registrar in whose office the entry was originally made.
