120C. Submission of Financial Statement and Balance Sheet to Auditor.
- The Chief Municipal Officer shall place the financial statement prepared under Section 120-A and the balance sheet prepared under Section 120-B before the house of the Council, which after examination of the same, shall adopt and remit them to the auditor as may be appointed in this behalf by the State Government.] [Inserted by C.G.
