37. Inspection of local works.
(1)The Chief Engineer, Public Health (Urban) shall be the Inspector of Local Works for the Municipal Corporation.(2)The Inspector of Local Works shall be the Advisor to the municipal Corporation with regard to matters referred to him by the Commissioner.
