(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—(a)the time, place and the rules of procedure in regard to transaction of business at the meetings and quorum of the Governing Board under sub-section (1) of section 6;(b)the time, place and the rules of procedure in regard to transaction of business at the meetings and quorum of Executive Council under sub-section (1) of section 8;(c)the requirements for registration, form and manner for making applications for financial assistance, reports and certification to be furnished for the financial assistance, extension of financial assistance and grounds for revocation of financial assistance under clause (b) of section 10;(d)the eligibility criteria and honorarium payable to the consultants and visiting scientists under sub-section (6) of section 11;(e)the form, manner and time for furnishing certification and report to the Foundation under sub-section (1) of section 18; and(f)any other matter which is required to be or may be specified by regulations or in respect of which provision is to be made by regulations.
