Section 26 in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
26. Holding of examination.
(1)The examination of the University shall be held from such dates as may be prescribed in the Academic calendar approved by the Academic Council for each academic year.(2)Results of examinations shall be published within sixty days of the completion of the concerned examination, which may be extended to a period beyond sixty days for reasons to be recorded in writing.
