Section 9 in Punjab Municipal (Executive Officer) Act, 1931
9. Attendance at meetings.
(1)The Executive Officer shall have the right to attend all meetings of the committee except a meeting convened for the purpose of considering the question of his suspension or removal and of any sub-committee and to take part in discussions, but shall not have the right to move any resolution or to vote.(2)He shall attend any meeting of the committee or of a sub-committee if required to do so by the President.
