Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment Of Ownership) Act, 1971
(1)The authorised officer may, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, by order require any person to furnish such information in his possession relating to any vested kudiyiruppu or superstructure.
