Section 81 in Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989
81. Power to make bye-laws.
- Subject to any rules made by the Government a Halqa Panchayat may make bye-laws for carrying out its duties and functions conferred on it under this Act. Any such bye-laws shall be made with the approval of the prescribed authority.
