Section 9(3) in Senior Clerk, Class-III (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2013
(3)If the applicant subsequently decides not be appear at the Senior Clerks Examination he shall give intimation thereof to the Board through the Commissionarate of Industries, Gujarat State, at least thirty days before the date of the commencement of the examination.
