Section 56(1) in The Maharashtra Non-Trading Corporations Act, 1959
(1)An appeal against an order under section 48, 50 or 52 shall lie–(a)if the order is made by the Registrar to the State Government;(b)if the order is made by any other person to the Registrar, and against such order of the Registrar to the State Government.
