43. Acting Chairman of meetings.
- Where no provision is made by or under this Act, for the Chairman to preside over a meeting of any authority or Committee of the Board or where the Chairman so provided for is absent, and no provision is made for any other person to preside, the members present shall elect a person from amongst themselves to preside at the meeting.
