Section 13 in The Orissa Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
13. Meetings.
(1)The Board shall meet at such places and times as may be specified by the Chairman.(2)The Chairman shall preside over every meeting of the Board at which he is present and in his absence a member elected by those present at the meeting shall preside over such meeting.
