Section 5(g) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2007
(g)For areas covered under G.O.Ms. Ill, MA, dated 8-3-1996 (protection of Catchment area of Osmanasgar and Himayatsagar lakes), apart from the provisions of statutory' Master Plan of HUDA/HADA, the restrictions on layout and development activity imposed in the said Government orders would be applicable.
