Section 18(1) in Gujarat State Higher Education Council Act, 2016
(1)There shall be established a fund to be called the "Gujarat State Higher Education Council Fund" which shall include all sums which may, from time to time, be paid to it by the Stale Government and all other receipts including any sum from the Central Government, the University Grants Commission or any other authority, institutions or person.
