Section 5(1) in Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Revival of Operation and Amendment) Act, 1974

(1)The Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Suspension of Operation) Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1971), and the Tamil Nadu Excise Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 1971), shall stand repealed with effect on and from the 1st September 1974.
