Section 2 in The Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 2000
2. Amendment of section 2.-
In section 2 of the Finance Act, 2000 (10 of 2000 ) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act),-(a)in sub- section (4), in clause (b), for the words" ten per cent.", the words" eleven per cent." shall be substituted;(b)in sub- section (6), in clause (b), for the words" ten per cent.", the words" eleven per cent." shall be substituted;(c)in sub- section (7), in clause (b) for the words" ten per cent.", the words" eleven per cent." shall be substituted;(d)in sub- section (8), in the third proviso, in clause (b), for the words" ten per cent.", the words" eleven per cent." shall be substituted.
