1. The present contempt is alleged for non compliance of the directions issued by the Family Court to give access of a child to the petitioner. It is informed that there is a negotiation going on between the parties.
2. Considering the fact that the matter is pertaining to the custody of a child, the parties are directed to settle their dispute within a period of three weeks and made a positive statement in the matter, failing which, this court will pass appropriate order in the matter.
3. Stand over after three weeks.
