17. Use of Mela Fund.
(1)The Mela development and management fund shall be utilized for meeting expenses of the Authority for discharging its functions under Section 8 of this Act.(2)The Mela development and management fund shall be used to meet expense for fulfilment of objects and purposes, authorized by the State Mela Authority.
