        Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of
the impugned proceedings of the 1st  respondent letter No.6/1GR/2013 dated
30.01.2013 and consequential impugned order of the 2nd  respondent in his
proceedings in g.K.vz;.3246/,2/2015 dated 02.11.2015 and quash the same and 
consequently direct the 2nd respondent to annul the forged fraudulent
documents in Nos. 4178/99, 4443/03, 6693/2007  9684/2011, 4092/2012,  
4093/2012,  4246/2012 registered in the 3rd respondent office and Document
No.39/2004 registered in the 4th respondent office.

:ORDER  

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has stated that in similar matters, the respondents have already passed an order on 20.04.2016 and in this case also, similar orders would be passed by the respondents.

2. Recording the above said statement, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the respondents should pass the order and a copy of the same to be served upon the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
