Section 3(3) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the territorial jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of the State of Kerala.Provided that, this shall not prevent the University from operating distance learning courses across the country or abroad and admitting students or recruiting teachers who are not domiciled in the state.
