The transfer of divorce proceedings instituted by the husband in Bombay to Bihar where the petitioner claims to be residing has been resisted by the respondent-husband on the ground that the petitioner does not reside in Bihar any longer and in fact is working in the Apollo Hospital at Bilaspur.

The aforesaid stand of the respondent has not been controverted by the petitioner. In the above circumstances, we see no good reason for transfer of the proceedings. The transfer petition is accordingly dismissed.
