Section 12(4) in The M.P. Municipalities (The Conduct of Business of the Mayor-In-Council/President-In-Council and the Powers and Functions of the Authorities) Rules, 1998
(4)It on the receipt of the case under sub-rule (3) the authority concerned, even alter reconsideration, keeps his earlier resolution or order as it is, such case shall be submitted to the Council by the Chief Executive Officer.
