267. Auditors certificate to be filed.
- One copy of the statement of accounts along with the auditor's report shall be filed with the Tribunal forthwith and the Tribunal may at any time require the production of, and inspect, any books of accounts kept by the liquidator. Other copy of the statement along with the auditor's report shall be filed with the Registrar in Form No. 10 not later than 30th September.
