(b)if the regulation was made under Cls. (d), (h), (i) or (j), sub -clause (i) or (ii) of clause (s) or clause (y) of sub-section (1) of Section 28. with imprisonment for a term which may extend to eight days, or with fine which may extend to fifty rupees, or with both;
