Section 115X(1) in The Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)Every contract or agreement entered into on behalf of the Taluka Panchayat, shall be binding on the Taluka Panchayat only if the said contract or agreement is executed in accordance with the provisions of this section.
