IN 'B' GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                            ORDER

Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Joint Secretary, Foreign Department, Ministry of Home Affairs to issue Overseas Citizen of India Card to her husband.

2. Shri S.R.Dodawad, learned Central Government Counsel for the respondents submitted that petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.No.35333/2017 wherein this Court vide order dated 17.09.2018 had directed the petitioner to file representation. Accordingly, petitioner has submitted representation dated 14.12.2018 to the FRRO, Bangalore and the same has been rejected by considered order dated 05th April 2019.

3. Learned CGC has filed a copy of order dated 05th April 2019 along with Memo.

4. In view of the order dated 5th April 2019, this petition is rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.

No costs.
