Section 105A(c) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
(c)Primary Society(i)The Chairman and the Secretary, or in their absence, two Directors of the concerned society as the board may decide;(ii)The Chief Executive Officer or the Manager, as the board may decide;(iii)A nominee of the Registrar;(iv)A representative of the concerned central society or the concerned Apex Society where there is no central society;
