(c)In the case of hostels attached to girls' school, where lady doctors are employed, allowances may be sanctioned at a scale not exceeding double the above rates. This arrangement, however, is strictly temporary and will be subject to revision when the difficulty of obtaining qualified lady doctors becomes less acute.
