Section 15B(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962
(1)Any Society may, by resolution passed by a majority,of members present and voting at its general body meeting, promote one or more subsidiary organisations for the furtherance of its stated objectives, and such organisation or organisations may be registered under any law for the time being in force.
