(l)preparation of master plans, regulation of land uses and preparation and implementation of Town Development Schemes in accordance with provision of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 (Punjab Act 11 of 1995), and preparation of Town Improvement Schemes, and Town Planning Schemes in accordance with the provisions of this Act;
