6. Restriction on transfer.
- The total number of such transfers in a unit of seniority shall not exceed eight percent of the sanctioned strength of respective cadre in that unit of seniority.Provided that, out of 8 percent of total number of transfer as mentioned above, the percentage of transfers to be made under special category shall be as prescribed.
