Section 9(1) in Assam Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1985
(1)The Board shall prepare and maintain a schedule of establishment showing the number, designation and grades of the officers and Employees (other than the employees who are paid by the day or whose pay is charged to temporary works), whom it considers necessary and proper to employ for the purpose, of this Act, and also the amount of the nature of the salary, fees and allowances to be paid to each such Officer or employee.
