Section 30 in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
30. Power of exemption.
- If the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest oi that circumstances exist which render it necessary so to do, it may, by notification exempt any institution, or any class of persons or any community in any specified area from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act.
