Section 14(x) in Haryana Municipal (Control of Vehicles and Carts Drawn By Animals) Bye-laws, 1978
(x)that he shall not keep a licensed vehicle waiting for hire anywhere except at the places fixed by the committee as stands for licensed vehicles and that he shall comply with the orders of the police as to the manner in which licensed vehicles may wait on such stands;
