Section 132(b) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(b)for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not circumstances exist which render it necessary, or require the Chairman or any member of the Development Authority or any officer or other employee of the Development Authority authorised or empowered in this behalf, to take any action or execute any work under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder;
