Section 30(1) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(1)The Buildings and Estate Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor, ex-officio Chairperson;(ii)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(iii)the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(iv)the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Roads and Buildings Department or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(v)one representative of the Institute of Engineers (India) Gujarat Centre, nominated by the Chairman of the said Institute, from amongst its members;(vi)one representative of the Institute of Architects (India) Gujarat Centre, nominated by the Chairman of the said Institute, from amongst its members.
