32. Procedure for conducting of poll.
(1)The Presiding Officer shall so regulate the entry of the voters into the polling station that the polling proceeds in an orderly manner.(2)All voters who appear between the hour fixed for the poll within the polling station shall be allowed to cast a vote.(3)No voter shall be admitted inside the polling station after the time fixed for closure of the polling.
