Section 3(10) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of State Load Despatch Centre and Other Related Matters) Regulations, 2010
(10)"Contracted period" means a period of three years starting from financial year 2011-12 and can be extended to a period as decided by the Commission. Further the subsequent control period (s) shall be as decided by the Commission from time to time.
