Section 21(1) in Madura Sugars Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1984
(1)After examining the claims with reference to the priorities set out in the Second Schedule, the Commissioner shall fix a date on or before which every claimant shall file the proof of his claim.
