Section 8(3)(ii) in Bihar State Public Health Engineering Department Research Cadre Rules, 2016

(ii)The rest 50 percent posts of the Research Officer shall be filled up by promotion on the basis of seniority-cum -eligibility amongst such Assistant Research Officers who have obtained post- graduate degree in subjects as described above under sub rule 3(i) and fulfill the criterion as per the circulars/directions issued by the State Government for promotion.
