CMP(M)s No. 585 & 586 of 2023 in RSA No. 447 of 2019, CMP(s) No. 587 & 588 of 2023 in RSA No. 448 of 2019, CMP(M)s No. 589 & 590 of 2019 in RSA No. 449 of 2019 and CMP(M)s No. 591 and 592 of 2019 By way of present application(s), the applicant(s) have sought indulgence of this Court to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 4, Jujhar Singh, who, as per the contents of the application(s), filed under Order 22 Rule IV read with Rule IX of the CPC, expired on 28.12.2022. Since, the aforesaid application(s) have been filed after the prescribed period of limitation, as such, the application(s) under Section 5 of Limitation Act have also been filed.

Let notices of these applications be issued to the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 4, whose names have been mentioned in para­3 of the application(s), filed under Order 22 Rule IV, read with Rule IX , returnable for 28.8.2023. Steps be taken within a week.
