Section 27 in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
27. Retirement.
- No member of the establishment other than a person belonging to the inferior service shall be retained in service after he has attained the age of 58 years. A member belonging to the inferior service shall not be retained in service after he has attained the age of 60 years.
