Section 30(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020
(1)Every person who contravenes or is deemed to have contravened any of the provisions of this Act, any of the terms and conditions of the license certificate or fails to carry out any direction or order or request made or instructions given there under, shall be punishable as per the provisions of the rules under this Act;
