(d)the Administration of the University, the establishment and abolition of constituent Colleges, the grant and withdrawal of affiliation of affiliated colleges/constituent colleges if any the institution of Fellowships, Awards and the like, the conferment of degrees and other academic distinctions and the grant of diplomas and certificates;
