(2)The interviews of the following categories of prisoners shall be permitted in prisons, where there is a Assistant Superintendent, with the prior sanction of the Assistant Superintendent, and in other cases with the prior sanction of the Jailor: -(a)Class II convicted prisoners whose unexpired sentence is more than 10 years.(b)Class II under-trials.
