(4)The outgoing Board shall stand dissolved when the new office bearers are elected under sub-rule (1) or the apex Co-operative society or the federal Co-operative society or the central Co-operative society, as the case may be or where there is no such society, the Registrar shall take steps under sub-section (7) of section 29.
