12. Constitution of Executive Committee.
(1)The Board may constitute an Executive Committee and such other Committees from among its members as may be necessary for performing such functions in the manner as may be provided by regulations.(2)The Executive Committee shall consist of the President and Vice-President, who shall be members ex-officio, and five members chosen by the Board from among themselves one of whom shall be a representative of the Association of Managements.(3)The Executive Committee shall exercise and discharge such powers and duties of the Board as may confer or impose upon it by any regulations, which may be made in this behalf.
