Section 23 in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
23. Trustee bound to obey orders issued under Act.
- The trustee of a religious institution shall be bound to obey all lawful orders issued under the provisions of this Act by the Government [Board] [Inserted by Act No. 31 of 2008.], the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, the Area Committee or the Assistant Commissioner.
